Overview
AIGF Content is an AI-assisted content creation service. We collect account, billing, prompt, upload, generation and support information needed to operate the service, provide requested content workflows, protect the platform and respond to user requests.
Data We Process
We may process email address, authentication records, purchases, credit transactions, prompts, uploaded reference files, generated assets, device or diagnostic metadata, and messages sent to support or reporting forms.
Service Providers
We use hosting, storage, payment, security, support and AI infrastructure providers to deliver the service. User prompts and uploaded assets may be processed by AI infrastructure providers only as needed for the requested generation workflow.
Payments
Card payments, where available, are processed by Stripe. Crypto payments, where available, are processed by NOWPayments. We do not store full card numbers or private wallet keys. We store payment identifiers, invoices, credit transactions and receipts needed to operate billing and support.
Cookies and Advertising Measurement
We use essential cookies for login, security and account sessions. On ad-safe domains we may use optional analytics and advertising measurement, including Google tags, to understand landing page visits, registrations and payment events. Optional measurement is controlled through the cookie banner where it is enabled.
Generated Content and Uploads
Users are responsible for prompts, uploaded files and rights to any references, likenesses, brands or other materials they provide. Uploads and generated assets are stored so the user can access jobs, download results, edit content and receive support.
Account Deletion
You can request account and associated app data deletion from the mobile app Settings screen or through the public web form.
Report Content
You can report harmful, unauthorized, infringing, unsafe or otherwise objectionable generated content from the app Settings screen or through the public web form.
